GridEngine is installed on cercimage at the BMI. Elsewhere, you'll need to install the Univa GridEngine. Then, add the following line to the end of the .bashrc file in your home directory
. /gridware/univa/default/common/settings.sh
A number of FSL functions (including POSSUM & MELODIC) will then execute in parallel. You may type qstat or "watch qstat" to see the jobs being queued up.
